Talasani Srinivas Yadav, commercial taxes leader, being a minister in the K. Chandrasekhar Rao’s Cabinet, will take part in the Assembly Session from Saturday from the Treasury benches while pursuing as a Telugu Desam Legislator according to the registers.
This is the initial time a minister connected to a Opponents party will take part in the moves of the House as a governing party associate while his retirement to his membership has yet not been approved.
Mr Yadav was selected as Telugu Desam MLA from Sanathnagar Assembly division in the previous elections and he presented his renunciation prior becoming a Cabinet minister in the TRS government on December 16 previous year. Nevertheless, Assembly Speaker S. Madhusudana Chary has reserved the approval of the retirement uncertain for the previous some months.
Commercial tax minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav was included in the three TD MLAs who quit to TRS and the only one who had presented his departure.
