Andhra Pradesh CM Chandra Babu Naidu of late is issuing strong warnings and threats to Prime Minister Narendra Modi with whose party the BJP he entered into coalition before the election. Chandra Babu after Union Government didnot even take the name of Andhra Pradesh in Railway budget and Union Budget, leave alone offering special package, held a press conference and criticised Central Government. Even in AP assembly session in the Governor's address, he enured that Union Government led by BJP is crticised unabashed.

Talking in the assembly, Chandra Babu yesterday warned of revolt. He said “People have taught a lesson to the Congress for its failure to address their concerns. Congress was buried politically. BJP, which has taken upon itself to implement the commitments that were given on the floor of Parliament, will have to restore confidence among people of the state. If it does not do so, people will take to the streets,"

Many feel Chandra Babu is not keen on criticising Union Government and antagonise his alliance partner. However he is forced to do so with Jagan Mohan Reddy, leader of the opposition increasing the criticism for his failure to get funds or special status for the state for Andhra Pradesh.

Jagan in the assembly tried to corner TDP and Chandra Babu by questioning "All the ministers have been blaming the Centre on meager allocations in the budget and the 14th Finance Commission. If they are that serious, can they snap ties? Can TD ask the BJP minister to leave the cabinet?” . He cornered them by saying “My PAC member Somayajulu was the first to react to the Centre’s attitude. Don’t expect that the party president will react to each and everything. How many times did the CM react on vital issues?” Many feel it was Jagan Mohan Reddy, leader of YSRCP forced Chandra Babu to threaten PM Modi of revolt from people of Andhra Pradesh.
