Actor cum Politician Pawan Kalyan had made a hulchul last week in the capital notified villages. He imposed several conditions regarding the land pooling to cooperate with the Chandrababu Naidu's government. He advised to make sure they take land in phases instead of taking all lands at a time so that farmers will get maximum time to groom their crops.

However Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu seem to be taking no care of Pawan Kalyan's words. The government had set last date for the farmers to submit their lands by April 15th. The government had already started leveling lands where farmers already got their first compensation cheques.

It is said that the state government had issued cheques to about 1100 farmers. The government is in the process of verifying the land records and agreement letters and will issue the first compensation cheques for all of them. The state had already allocations for the compensation to farmers in their recent budget.

Singapore Team will be submitting its Master Plan in Mid-June and the construction will then begin. The state government will now have to mobilize funds from other sources like Overseas Development Agencies (ODA). Chandrababu already clarified that most constructions in the capital will take place in Private Public Partnership (PPP) model.
