Gaali Janardhan Reddy who calls himself as the second son of Late YS Rajasekhar Reddy and brother of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is in a spot of bother once again. This is regarding the fake surety for the release of his chopper. CBI had seized few luxury cars and a personal chopper of Gaali way back in 2011.
Later in 2013, the CBI Special Court agreed to release the chopper temporarily to Obulapuram Mining Corporation promoters with a surety worth Rs 6.62 crore and also a third party surety. This third party surety issue is now turning into a controversy. Gaali then furnished a land documents of a plot of 23,200 sq yards worth Rs 7 crore situated at Khanapur of Khammam district belonging to one L Lakshman as third party surety.
However it is now revealed that the surety is fake and the land do not belong to Lakshman. This fraud may be taken very seriously by the court as it is an attempt to dupe the judiciary. Earlier Gaali was also caught trying to bribe a judge for bail. This case will come to hearing on April 13th.
Mining Mafia King Gali Janardhan Reddy who once ruled the Bellary region of Karnataka had rotted in jail for more than three years and is recently released on bail. He is allegedly involved in the illegal iron ore mining through Obulapuram Mining Company (OMC) in Andhra Pradesh and AMC in Karnataka.
