Andhra Pradesh is gearing up for witnessing a tough political battle between the ruling alliance partners TDP and BJP. This is with reports that the saffron party looks determined to bolster its support base in the state and also go alone for future elections.
Visakhapatnam
The BJP leaders who took part in the state executive held in Visakhapatnam seems to have taken unequivocal declaring that party should no longer be seen as a minor alliance partner of TDP and should be able to grow by its own in the state.
MP Gokaraju Gangaraju
Narsapuram MP Gokaraju Gangaraju, has declared that BJP should break off the shackles of alliance with TDP and added that Chandrababu Naidu tells in public that they are together, but as a ground reality, TDP is treating BJP as its rival which they don't want to grow and are suppressing them in every possible manner.
With reports that BJP unit of AP is also gearing up to oppose Pattiseema project, it has to be now seen as to how TDP can handle this pressure and whether Chandrababu is geared up to tackle alliance trouble with his good friend Venkaiah.
