The High Court in Hyderabad has finally declared a happy news to the farmers of Andhra Pradesh who fought against the Land Pooling that was done by the government of Andhra pradesh. The High Court passed interim orders that the farmers can cultivate their lands without giving it to lease or sell them.
Farmers elated with Court's decision
High Court said "You can cultivate your lands freely but without giving it for lease or selling them." However, the government of Andhra Pradesh made it clear that the lands were taken legally as per the rules. There was no illegal activity done in the Land Pooling process.
The High Court passes an interim order
These orders came into force after a group of farmers from Nedavaru, Penumaka and Undavalli filed a petition against the government so as to cultivate their lands. The next hearing in this case will be done in July first week.
