Andhra pradesh’s CM Chandrababu Naidu is indulging in self-pity by expressing dissatisfaction over his cabinet colleagues not working in tandem with him in the development of the new born state AP. Chandra babu Naidu who is notorious for not trusting his cabinet colleagues and doing all the work by himself rued the fact that he is working alone to develop the state. He in his ten years of rule trusted IAS officers more than his cabinet ministers.
Naidu’s Government
Naidu’s Government is working on the capital construction of AP as if this is the sole development of AP. To top it Naidu is solely monitoring the construction of the Capital.Though CM has taken a few of his cabinet ministers to foreign tours along with him, they remained mute spectators and except for one or two ministers of CM’s coterie, remaining had no importance. In this background Naidu expressed anguish in cabinet meeting over his colleagues’ non involvement.
Naidu must know that he has to give free hand to his ministers and if they are not up to the mark, he has power to take them to task. Instead of getting his men to work Naidu is indulging in self-pity which is of no use. Chandrababu should know that leadership requires quality of including everyone in task and it takes cooperation and coordination of the team.
