After the unexpected demise of Y S Rajasekhar Reddy, a sudden splurge of regional sentiment flared up in the Telangana region. This was mainly due to the TRS leader K Chandrasekhar Rao and the way he provoked everyone in the name of sentiment, ‘Atma Gauravam’ and what not.
With passing time the Telangana momentum has dipped and today it is as a good as zero. According to many experts, the main reason for this going weak is KCR’s soft corner towards Congress and his desperation to merge TRS with Congress. Also, his flaunting statements of Telangana coming today, tomorrow that never became true.
On another interesting side, it is also being revealed that many notable members of the TRS party took the name of ‘movement’ and started collecting funds from various entities and local businessmen which has not gone well. It is natural that when there is no genuineness in a political movement, the result will be like this.
