CBI alleged that Jagan received huge investments from Dalmiya Cements through Hawala. CBI has submitted evidence in YS Jagan disproportionate assets case to court. Court has agreed to do investigation in Jagan’s case after attaching the gathered evidences. N. Srinivasan was already appeared before CBI court in this case.

CBI has successfully chased code language between Dalmiya group and Jagan. CBI was arrested employee who worked in Dalmiya Cements and took Pen-Drive from him in this case. CBI officials decoded and confirmed the mail communication Jagan’s auditor Vijaysai Reddy with Dalmiya group. CBI found mail from Vijayasai Reddy in Pen-Drive. CBI said that Hawala transactions happened between May 2010 and June 2011 between two parties.

Vijayasai asked another 500 tons from Dalmiya Group. He said that we (Jagan Group) already received 3500 tones and wants another 500 tones. What is the meaning “Ton” in the mail? CBI confirmed that there was no cement dealing transactions in Dalmiya group at that time. CBI was confidently believed that “ton” is nothing but “money” in Vijayasai mail. CBI took certificate from Central Commercial Tax department saying that there were no transactions takes place between Dalmiya and Vijayasai Reddy. Court is believed that CBI evidences are genuine and gave it’s approval further investigation.
