Is Andhra Pradesh CM Chandra Babu Naidu in the cluthces of sand mafia? Seems so according to CPI. K.Ramakrishna, CPI state secretary speaking to scribes in Hyderabad accused Chandra Babu to act as the representative of sand mafia.

He demanded Chandra Babu to act against TDP party MLA Chintamaneni Prabhakar by dismissing him from the chief whip post for attacking Musunuru Tahsildar D.Vanajakshi.
He said TDP government slapped SC,ST atrocities case agaisnt YSRCP MLA Bhuma Nagireddy after he argued with DSP Harinath Reddy in MLC elections held in Kurnool recently.

He questioned how can Chandra Babu Naidu and his government follow such blatant double standards. He questioned why should Bhuma Nagireddy should have one rule and Chintamaneni Prabhakar another rule.
