There are many rumors that PM Modi is not happy with AP CM Chandrababu Naidu regarding building of new capital and other speculations but there’s some news to cheer for Naidu from Modi on this issue. This is being seen as a positive development from the Central government!

There are very few in India who have heard of Ashgabat or Astana, the capital cities of central Asian countries like Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan. The Andhra Pradesh has reportedly resolved to send a team for studying these two capitals where they can be incorporating some of their features for Amaravati, the upcoming capital of the state of Andhra Pradesh.

Narendra Modi has reportedly suggested the AP

Sources say that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reportedly suggested the AP government to visit these two capitals, according to information minister Palle Raghunath Reddy. As part of his recent tour involving central Asia, the PM had actually visited these two capital cities. Very soon Modi is expected to inaugurate development of 3,000 acres as AP capital in first phase.

The information minister also added that a five-member committee of officials will be visiting the capitals of Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan very soon. And after this, AP chief minister Chandrababu Naidu and a few ministers will also be visiting these two capital cities. So there seems to be some good encouragement from Modi as well!
