Pradesh was accompanied by a decline of Congress party. The vote bank of
Congress moved in full stock and barrel towards Jagan Mohan Reddy from
2011. For Congress leaders, YSRCP provided an escape from anti-incumbency after
enjoying the fruits of stating in Congress.

Rahul Gandhi has been for long criticized as a novice without any experience or vision. This is one thing many political scions face all over India but their growth happens later based on their individual merits and demerits. But again Rahul is in his best form till date after his two month break, in national arena and his Ananthapur visit is not a joke.
Although Congress may wiped off in AP, it doesn’t take much time if the party shows a promise of comeback to power again at both state and central level. If Babu cannot handle governance, Jagan cannot build own cadre and Pawan confines to twitter, then Rahul is just a call away for people.
NTR who again made a stunning comeback in 2004
Public memory in India is very short lived. Although they adored NTR and helped him make a clean sweep in 1984, by 1989 people showed the door to NTR who again made a stunning comeback in 2004. Naidu was driven home in 2004 but a decade later he is again in reckoning. Any rise of Congress under Rahul’s shadow in AP is a bigger threat to Jagan. Just like how Jagan couldn’t be under estimated in 2010, even Rahul cannot be underestimated.
