Section 8 clause in AP State reorganisation act is becoming bone of contention between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana governments. AP CM Chandrababu Naidu already wrote letter to Union Government led by PM Modi to implement section 8 which gives law and order powers in Hyderabad to Governor of two states. Telangana CM KCR vehemently opposed it and blasted Babu for his letter.

He said all thieves came together and are finding out where her daughter is studying and are forcing schools to refuse admission to her. He said Jubilee Hills Police did not act on his complaint and added they are troubling as he comes from Andhra Pradesh.

He said his daughter is studying second class and she was sent out from her school. He said he met Governor's advisors but they added that AP officials have no power in Hyderabad. He requested Union Government to invervene and solve the problem.
