When the party is in ruling, the post of district incharge is very powerful. Many keep lobbying upto the level of Delhi to get that post. And if it is a large party like congress then the privileges and power is more. But can you imagine that there was one district which had a tough time to get a candidate for DCC post.
This was the Kadapa district. It is heard that many senior leaders were trying hard to get the local congressmen to take the post of DCC president but all of them declined. Even the powerful Kandula Sivananda Reddy also reportedly said no to the offer. All of them said no because of one man- Y S Jagan.
But then, the troubleshooter Botsa Satyanarayana reportedly got into action and it is heard that he nominated Makam Ashok Kumar into that post. The road ahead is going to be quite difficult for Ashok Kumar to lead the congress against YSR Congress, especially in the Kadapa region. Let us see what happens.
