Special Status to Andhra Pradesh issue rocked Parliament today. Jagan Mohan Reddy's YSRCP MPs protested vociferously in the house as soon as the parliament started. They continued protesting even as TRS MPs from Telangana were up in their arms demanding bifurcation of High court. 

 

Home Minister Rajnath Singh following these protests intervened and promised to do full justice to people of Andhra Pradesh. He said YSRCP MPs are unnecessarily continuing their protests as Government made it clear that they will not ignore the commitments and promises it made to Andhra Pradesh. 


Rajnath even spoke about High Court


Rajnath even spoke about High Court bifurcation taken up by TRS MPs. He said he has spoken with Union Law Minister regarding the divison and he promised to take appropriate action. Earlier in the day YSRCP sent adjournment motion demanding discussion on special status to Andhra Pradesh.

 

When Speaker Sumitra Mahajan rejected their motion, MPs started protesting.Home Minister intervened and promised to do full justice to Andhra Pradesh.
