There have been reports that Chandrababu Naidu, the CM of AP has expressed his deep sense of anguish against the injustice being meted out to the state. Babu reportedly told Union finance minister Arun Jaitley over the phone that this attitude by Centre is unacceptable.
He also seems to have spoken very seriously to Rajnath Singh, Venkaiah Naidu, Nirmala Seetharaman and others. He made it clear that he has been defending BJP leadership all the while before the people of AP while they are taking this for granted.
Chandrababu of taking quick action
The central ministers seem to have convinced Chandrababu of taking quick action as much soon as possible. Naidu has also threatened to pull out of NDA if need be in this regard. This has also alarmed BJP Chief Amit Shah because although the party has good majority, losing a not-so-troublesome ally like him is not on their agenda.
Hence sources say that Amit Shah spoke to Babu today morning where he reportedly pacified him and requested him to be patient so that they can come up with something soon. What Babu replied is not clear but some activity regarding AP is expected at PM level in next few days.
