Ruling TRS party headed by CM KCR is following carrot and stick approach to crush opponents and make the state opposition free in the 2019 elections. TRS leaders are tormenting opposition parties cadres and leaders in all possible manner using the power and authority. The moment they join TRS they used to turn extremely friendly.
A TDP leader from Jogipeta
A TDP leader from Jogipeta with his good relations with the then ruling Congress party changed his gas cylinders godown to Ameenpur, Patancheru, Medak district. The then government allocated one acre land for him in 2007. Though the land cost Rs 5k -15k per sq yard, Congress govt gave it for just Rs 5. The godown is located near residential areas.
But the scene reversed right after the bifurcation of the state. Just because he was in TDP, TRS government classified the land deal controversial and notices were served to the TDP leader accusing him of illegally constructing a function hall.
TRS leaders threatened him to join their party or else the government will snatch the 2crs worth land. Unable to bear the threats,TDP leader joined TRS and now happily came out of the problem.
