Visakhapatnam was considered as the second largest IT/ITES zone after Hyderabad before the division of the state. Now the importance of the city has increased after the division of the state in IT/ITES sector. APIIC proposed the construction with two separate architectures in “Signature Towers”. Government of AP invited tenders from the eligible companies before September 08th for the construction of Signature Towers.
• First Phase of Construction in 8 acres that situated in IT SEZ Hill No.3. Second Phase of the construction starts after the completion of First one.
• 80 feet road connectivity to reach Signature Towers in SEZ.
• Signature Tower is 30 KMs away to newly constructed Bhogapuram Airport in Vizainagaram district.
• 9 lakh Square Feet available in Signature Towers after first phase construction.
• Signature Towers resemble like “Thumb” architecture and rectangular in shape.
• Providing enough parking place that facilitates to park around 1350 cars maximum.
Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu, during an investors’ meet here last year, had declared that the Signature Tower would have better architectural design than the Cyber Towers of Hyderabad to make Visakhapatnam the IT Capital of A.P. by attracting national and international investors.
