Bandaru Dattatreya was troubled by the ongoing construction so much so that he shot off a letter in strongest possible words to Commissioner of Police asking officials to take necessary action and stop the construction in front of his house.
It is coming out that though the owner has permission for two floors, he went on to construct another three floors influencing GHMC officials. Dattatreya says the GHMC officials promised to clear the property under BRS scheme.
Dattatreya wondered how GHMC officials never suspected anything about the illegal construction. Former CM YS.Rajasekhar Reddy when it cameout that more than 67000 illegal constructions were there in Hyderabad, told High court that there would be no more BRS. Current CM KCR too informed that officials should act tough against illegal constructions.
