APCC chief Raghuveera Reddy received huge shock when he visited Kona village, Bandar mandal. It is known that villagers couple of days back attacked AP Minister Kollu Ravindra, Machilipatnam MP Konakalla Narayana when they went to convince farmers to part with their lands for the companies at Bandar port.

Raghuveera Reddy visited to examine the lands acquired by the government but much to his shock, villagers attacked him throwing garbage on him.
Villagers warned Raghuveera Reddy not to come to their village and play politics. They said any politician from which ever party they come will get the same treatment from them.
Raghuveera who still couldn't recover from the shock had to make a hasty retreat without interacting with the villagers.
