As such Akbaruddin Owaisi made inflammatory speech at an election rally in Kishanganj district on Sunday. However Kishangaj administration swung into action as police filed FIR against Akbarudddin Owaisi after they received Magistrate's report.
Rajiv Ranjan, Superintendent of Police said Owaisi's speech violated 144 CRPC secion provisions and FIR has been registered under 153A and 188 of IPC at Kochadhaman police station.
Akbaruddin hulred choicest abuses against all MPs except his brother Asauddin. Right after the speech some miscreants damaged the idols of Goddess Kali in two temples in Nepalgarh and police are investigating whether Akbaruddin's speech resulted in the incident.
