Because of Lockdown, the temples includind Tirupathi were closed. Though daily Poojas were offered, the devotees were not allowed inside the temple. telugu people cant wait for a long time to visit the temple. However, it is mandatory to maintain and follow these lock rules. The same importance had been given to Tirupathi Laddu as well.
This is the reason why when the devotees go to the temple, they get many laddus to distribute to their near and dear. It fetches respect as well. Recently, ttd has decided to make Laddu available at different places where their centers are available. But many say are unhappy to see that Laddu has also become a business for them.
Along with the public, the opposition who always try to point out negatives in the government has also opposed this decision of the government and the Board. ttd leader Ayyanapatrudu said the swanijis’ across the state should put this to an end. A swamiji was responded as well, however, he responded positively and supported the decision taken by the board and government.
Swaniji who belongs to visakha saradapeetam mentioned not to make this a political issue as the decision was taken to make devotees content.
