Meditation is a process to keep our body and mind clean. It is a natural process to keep our soul and mind free from earthly pleasures. Meditation even helps us to focus on our daily aspects with better concentration. It gives an expanded sense of connection with all. 


It has three aspects, relaxation, interiorization, and expansion. The initial phase is relaxing completely. One has to relax both physically and mentally. This calms your mind and it keeps you free from agitation. Then interiorize your attention and concentrate on pointed manner. 


This is usually the point between our eyebrows. Third thing is focus the concentrated attention to deeper self. In short, dug more to feel God, Love, Sound, Light, everything. This process can help you to expand your consciousness. This may look simple. But it needs more practice and dedication. 


Above all it needs a lot of discipline. Even a little time for meditation can give you good results. Try to practice it few minutes a day and you can have a sense of well being with more joy.
