How many of us know the story of two angels ? If you know, it's well and good. If not, read it here. God sent two angels to earth and he asked to listen to the prayers. One angel was asked to collect prayers asking 'God for something' and another angel was asked to collect prayers for 'Thanks Giving'.
Both were given huge baskets and they came to earth to start their work. The angel collecting prayers asked God to provide support as it became more busy. Lots of prayers asked for more money, better health, exquisite jewellery, expensive clothing and new toys.
The other angel was travelling so far to fill the basket of 'Thanks Giving'. Days passed but there were no prayers of gratitude. On other hand, the angel collecting prayers had a prayers in a huge truck and the truck filled with baskets. But the angel collecting 'Thanks Giving' prayers never even had half the basket filled.
God was presented with the reports and God sighed ! God said, "This is nothing new for me. Now you had a taste of what is like being God. People always pray for something when they need. But very few remember to thank me."
