Moreover later, he lived with Azad Maizan groundsmen in mumbai and Yashasvi's father was a shopkeeper in UP, but the boy had to move to mumbai to pursue his dreams. It was his uncle who requested groundsmen if the boy could stay in the tent along with them. Further in spite of his father sending little money, Yahasvi had to sell pani-puris and fruits in Mumbai. Yet, the money wasn't sufficient and he had to go to sleep on an empty stomach. He added 'I remember the days when I was almost shameless. I used to go with my teammates for lunch, knowing that I didn't have any money. I would tell them, 'paisa nahi hai, bhook hai''.

Presently Yashavi Jaiswal has become a popular name winning a final elite group A match of the vijay Hazare Trophy. Apparently he has hit a spectacular double hundred and became India's latest young sensation and kudos to the boy for standing against remarkable odds in order to fuel his cricket career.
