The new panel formed will have no time bound or term period. It will study all the implementations and reforms and reports on what need to be done to carry BCCI operations. During the hearing BCCI didn't want to pay to the administrators, saying that its office-bearers are working free and the administrators must also work without any remuneration. The Supreme Court rejected it and said that the committee of administrators will have to be paid a 'respectable amount'.

The court said that it wants a professional set of administrators and  ordered BCCI to come up with a proposal on payments to the newly appointed panel members.
