Australia won the Ashes again, thrashing English by An innings and 41 runs on the 5th  day of the 3rd test of the prestigious ashes series. Steve Smith and team required only a session to wrap the tourists to a paltry 218, as the English resumed their Innings from 132/4, hoping a miracle from weather change that might help them save the series.

As Smith and Joe Root were in constant convenience with the umpires after yesterday's rains, Josh Hazlewood ripped apart the English batting lineup ending with impressive figures of 5/48, and later Australia completed the formalities by rattling up the tail.

This was a huge turnaround, as at a point initially, England was stronger at 368/4 after winning the Toss at WACA, however, things turned in favor of Aussies, after Steven Smith and Mitchell Marsh's massive stand of 301 runs.

The Ashes series is set to continue with the boxing day test at MCG. After the thumping 10 wicket victory at Brisbane last week, Steven Smith had expressed his desire of making it a clean sweep of 5-0, and going by the downfall of England, it is expected that his desire might come true after all.
