The 46th match of the Vivo IPL 2018 between Chennai super kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad began with Sunrisers Hyderabad batting first. Despite the cheap dismissal of opener Hales, the other opener Shikhar Dhawan and skipper Kane Williamson forged a superb partnership.
Dhawan and Williamson smashed several big shots, as they scored 79(49b,10x4,3x6) and 51(39b,5x4,2x6), and with Deepak Hooda's Cameo (21), the Sunrisers posted a huge 179/4. The Chennai super kings innings began on an explosive note as openers Watson and Ambati Rayudu kept scoring big shots.

Ambati Rayudu was adjudged man of the match for his unbeaten thundering ton.
