The fourth ODI of West Indies tour of India began with India winning the toss and batting first. The Indian innings began on a steady note as both openers Shikhar Dhawan and Rohit Sharma were solid before the former exited scoring 38(40). Though Samuels and Hetmyer tried resurrection act, Khaleel Ahmed dismissed both of them, before coming back to dismiss Powell as well, leaving Windies reeling at 56/6.



Skipper Jason holder entered and tried forging partnerships with the tail, without much luck as the Indian bowlers constantly kept the batsmen in check. Paul (19) and Allen (10) couldn't stand for long, even as Holder 54(70)* was scoring steadily at the other end, desperately pushing the loss, and ultimately Windies were bundled out for 153, as India won by a huge 224 runs. Khaleel Ahmed had impressive bowling figures of 3/13 and Kuldeep Yadav had scalped 3/42.
