Australian cricketer Alex Hepburn was found guilty of rape in an England court after a woman accused him of sexually assaulting her as a part of sexual contest on WhatsApp. The former Worcestershire cricketer initially denied the allegations saying he had consensual sex with the woman.
But the woman said that it was his teammate Joe Clarke who had Sex with her in the apartment, adding he had 20 bottles of beer before sex.
It was later found that Hepburn and his team mates planned a WhatsApp sexual conquest game. The judge pronounced a jail sentence for Hepburn as there was no evidence to prove him not guilty.
