Preparation time: 5 minutes  Cooking time: 8 minutes ½ teaspoon ground turmeric  500 g/1 lb. large cooked Peeled prawns  1 teaspoon vegetable oil 1 red onion, cut into fine Wedges 2 green chilies, deseeded And sliced 10 curry leaves 100 ml/3/1/2 fl.  or coconut milk 2 tablespoons lime juice Few coriander leaves Salt and pepper Sprinkle the turmeric over the prawns and set aside. Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the onion wedges and chillies until Softened.  Add the prawns. Curry leaves and coconut milk. Simmer for minutes.  Sprinkle over the lime juice and season to taste. Scatter with Coriander leaves and stir once. Serve immediately.
