Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Coriander seeds
  • 4 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 1/4 tsp pepper corns
  • 2 tbsp oil 
  • 2 medium onions chopped
  • 6 dry red chillies
  • 2 tomatos chopped
  • 2 green chilles chopped
  • 12 garlic flakes chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 350 gm paneer pieces
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves


Method:

  • Roast together coriander seeds, cumin seeds and pepper corns.
  • Grind roasted spices to a coarse mixture.
  • Heat oil in deep fry pan on medium high heat for about 1 minute.
  • Add onions. Stir fry till onions are transparent.
  • Add spice mixture and all other ingredients except paneerr and corianderr leaves.
  • Stir for a few seconds. Add paneer.
  • Mix cover and cook on medium low heat till liquid has evaporated, stirring occasionally.
  • Add coriander leaves. Mix well.
  • Serve hot with roti or paratha.
