Ingredients:
  • Sweet corn kernels:1cup(canned)
  • Egg:1
  • Finely chopped green chillies:2
  • Finely chopped onion:1/2cup
  • Red chilli powder:1/4tsp
  • Besan flour:3tbs or more as needed
  • Lime juice:1tsp
  • Salt&pepper to taste
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves:a few
  • Oil for deep-frying

Method:

  • Drain&pat dry the corn kernels.
  • Crush them lightly in a dry grinder.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl except oil.
  • Mix well to form a very thick mixture.(add more flour if needed).Boil enough oil in a kadai.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into boiling oil&deep-fry till golden brown n crisp.
  • Serve warm with chili sauce or with ur fav dip....
