Ingredients
100gms button mushrooms
Half tea spoon pepper powder
A pinch of sugar
Three flakes garlic, finely chopped
One tea spoon ginger juice
Half cup grated cheese
One tea spoon cornflour
Half tea spoon salt
Method of preparation
1. Dissolve cornflour in little water and keep it aside.
2. Place the mushrooms in the 2-liter cooker.
3. Take four cups of water then add pepper powder,sugar,chopped garlic, ginger juice,salt and pressure cook for 5 minutes.
4. Allow it to cool and blend the contents in the mixer & strain.
5. Mix the mushroom soup with cornflour and grated cheese.
6. Cock on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
7. Serve hot garnished with mint leaves and enjoy hot chessy mushroom soup.
