Rava Payasam
Ingredients
1 cup wheat rava
Half liter milk
1 cup sugar
Half tsp milk masala powder
2 tsp ghee
2 tsp chironji
Method of preparation
1. Dissolve sugar in milk
2. Add milk masala powder to the sweetened milk
3. Roast the rava till the raw smell disappears
4. Heat ghee and fry chironji
5. Now mix milk the milk, roasted rava and the fried chironji along with the ghee in a greased container
6. Cover the container tightly with a lid and pressure cook on high flame for 10 minutes
7. Chill it thoroughly before serving
8. Serve in small bowls with condensed milk spooned over it and sprinkle praline
