Ingredients  4 cups chopped coriander leaves  2 onions, finely chopped  1 bay leaf  2 flakes garlic, chopped  Half tsp pepper powder  1 tsp corn flour  2 tsp whipped cream Method of preparation  1. Heat butter in a 2 liter cooker and slightly fry the onions.   2. Now add to it chopped coriander leaves, bay leaf, garlic, pepper powder and the salt along with 4 cups of water. Pressure cook for 5 minutes.  3. Remove the bay leaf and allow it to cool. Blend the contents in the mixer till foamy and strain.  4. Dissolve corn flour in little milk or water and add to the coriander soup. Reheat and cook for 5 minutes.  5. Serve hot with whipped cream spooned over it.
