Preparation time: 10 minutes  Cooking time: 45 minutes  Over temperature: 180 c (350 F), Gas Mark 4  4 large Braeburn apples 1 lemon, cut into 4 segments  50 g/2 or light muscovado  sugar  1 teaspoon cinnamon  Carefully remove the core from the middle of each apple.  Using a small knife make the hole in the centre of each apple slightly larger.  Put the lemon segments in a bowl scatter the sugar and cinnamon over. Once coated, push a lemon wedge into the centre of each apple. Arrange the apples in a small roasting tin lined with foil, then bake in a preheated oven, 180 c (350 F), Gas Mark 4, For 45 minutes. Serve with low-fat fromage frais , if liked.
