Potato(big) - 1 no Grean peas - 1/2 cup Onion(medium) - 2 nos Carrot(big) - 1 no Tomato(medium) - 2 nos Salt - As reqd Turmeric powder - A pinch Chilly powder - 1/4 tbsp Poppy seeds(Khashakhasha) - 1/2 tbsp Coconut(grated) - 1 cup Preparation Method of Vegetable Kuruma Recipe:- 1)Chop potatoes and carrot into thin long pieces. 2)Add the green peas to this and steam the vegetables in a pressure cooker. 3)Grind the coconut and poppy seeds into a nice paste adding minimum water. 4)Chop the tomatoes and onions and fry them in little oil. 5)Add salt, chilli powder turmeric powder and the cooked vegetables. 6)Add the ground paste and stir and heat for a little while.
