After scoring a path-breaking hit, with his romantic entertainer, the breezy Pellichoopulu that gifted the industry with Vijay Deverakonda and Ritu Varma, director Tharun Bhasker Dhassyam is back, 2 years after his debut flick, with yet another interesting title and a promising plot, with Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi. Here's team AP Herald's exclusive first on net Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi Review.

The movie begins with the introduction of four friends and how an accident connects them. 4 years later, the friends are seen enjoying and having a fun filled life, and the stories of all the 4 friends are detailed. Two of the friends fall in love with girls, and now, a calamity strikes with the twist in the love stories, as both the love as well as the friendship gets into trouble. Were the friends able to overcome the problems and reunite and win their love is what the hilarious movie is all about.

Abhinav Gomatam stands tall with his impressive performance as his histrionics as well as humorous body language works well on screen. Vishwak Sen and Venkatesh Kakumanu generate genuine laughs with their hilarious antics, while of the heroines, Anisha Ambrose gets to play a meaty role and appeals, while Simran Choudary is adequate.

Background score by Vivek Sagar is soothing, and he takes over from where he had left in films like Pellichoopulu and the recent Sammohanam and churns out good numbers like Aagi aagi and Veedipoyindhi okateley are hum-worthy. Cinematography by Niketh Bommireddy is top notch while Raviteja's editing makes sure there's never a dull moment in the movie.

Director Tharun Bascker, has shown promise in his debut flick Pellichoopulu and impressed with a breezy coming of age love story, this time opts for a buddy comedy high on emotions and humor equally balanced.

Despite not having any known faces, Tharun makes the movie interesting with his humorous one-liners and witty dialogues, and his perfect casting, the best of them all being Abhinav Gomatam and Vishwak sen, besides also extracting the best out of Anisha Ambrose, must be highlighted.

While the first half moves at a brisk pace, and takes a huge leap with the stunning twist in the interval that guarantees laughs, the second half is a tightrope walk balancing emotions and humour, and Tharun Bhaskar beautifully makes sure he entertains with the right mix of both.

With Vivek Sagar's music coming in as an asset to the movie, Tharun has a winner here again. All said, Tharun Bascker's Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi proves that the success of Pellichoopulu was not a flash in the pan, and that he's a genuine talent who's here to stay!
