An RTC busy which carried passengers has fallen into a gorge near Kondagattu Jagtial. The death toll which initially was around 15 has now raised to 23. A majority of the passengers who are dead are said to be women. The injured have been taken to the nearby hospital for further treatment.

The Telangana government has come up with the proposal of making 10 districts of Telangana state into 24 districts. The idea has been mooted out for the effective administration of the state. Among many poll promises, TRS is first concentrating to take up the increase in number of districts. According to TRS manifesto, 14 new districts will be carved out of the existing 10 districts.
