Health is wealth. There are no second thoughts about it. Each and every cell in the body is important. Liver is about 3 pounds in weight and it is responsible for digestions, immunity, metabolism, and storage of food particles. But mostly we fail to take care of that organ. So we need to eat the below mentioned foods to clean the liver. A healthy liver can regulate blood composition, and removes the harmful substances from the body.


1. Green Tea


Instead of drinking Tea/Coffee, have a cup of Green tea. This will flush out the unwanted toxins and unnecessary fat particles from the body. Apart form this it also increases the hydration level. But kindly don't take it excessive.


2. Avocados


This contains some chemicals which minimize the risk of liver damage. It is rich in glutathione. Glutathione is a compound needed by liver to clean some harmful toxins. Take it with your everyday diet.


3. Turmeric


It is also famous liver cleansing edible. This also helps to digest fats. This contains a compound named curcumin which plays a major role in formation of liver enzyme. 


4. Apple


Just as the proverb says, "An Apple a day keeps the doctor away." Apples are rich in proteins, fibers and they also has lots of nutrients. The malic acid removes carcinogen and other toxins. This also cleans the liver.


5. Walnut


This contains more amount of amino acid l-arginine. Apart from this it also has glutathione and omega-3 fatty acids. They act like natural liver cleansing food.
