Furniture and every object that is created for convenience is an individual sculpture, and should lift those who use them, as the house is not a mere shelter but a home.Keeping that aspiration in view, the first-ever International Furniture and Home Decor Fair is being held from 12 to 15 August 2016 at Epicenter, Apparel House, Sector 44, Gurgaon, Haryana. The four-day Fair has been put together by ANM Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd, a premier organization in holding International exhibitions.
The exhibition will showcase a wide range of products manufactured in India or imported: Designer Furniture, Exclusive Decorative, Carpets, Lamp Shades, Fancy Lights, Marble Decoration, Furnishing, Modular Kitchen, Office Furniture, Outdoor Furniture-cum-Cane Furniture, Doors, Glasses, Handicrafts, etc.
The Fair will also have an international flavor with participation from Sri Lanka, Russia, Italy, Egypt, Myanmar, Thailand, South Africa etc. In addition, Indonesia will have a national pavilion. The Fair will also have some cultural performances daily of Punjabi and Folk Dance, fashion Show and on the last day National Day Celebrations. Covering an area of 2700 sq m, it is one of the largest furniture shows in the National Capital Region which also comprises Gurgoan. It will have more than 42 companies from India and overseas demonstrate an extensive selection of furniture, and interior and décor items for bedrooms, dining rooms, children rooms and kitchens from economy to luxury.
The stress will be on Inter-Style – Furniture from different countries: from classic to modern; Comfort – Upholstered furniture for home, upholstery materials; Components – fittings for furniture production; Kitchen – Kitchen furniture, appliances and accessories; Office – Office and commercial furniture; Dream – mattresses and fillers; and Decor – Furniture and décor items. During the fair, round table meeting will be held devoted to the most relevant issues of the furniture and woodworking industries. The exhibits will be on sale directly from exporters, importers and fabricators. There will be a Design Tour by experienced designers and architects of house, apartment and commercial interiors to show the most interesting products and ideas for furniture and accessories.
