'Jazbaa' is an Indian thrilelr directed by Sanjay Gupta. The movie is a remake of Korean film 'Seven Days'. The movie is all about an attorney who was forced to defend a rapist after her daughter was kidnapped. Aishwarya Rai made her come back after a long hiatus.
Irffan Khan, Shabana Azmi, Atul Kulkarni and Chandan Roy Samuel are seen in supporting characters. The movie released on October 9th and it opened to mixed reviews. Technical team features Sameer Arya for cinematography and Sunil Nayak for editing.
Now we hear that according to reports , Aishwarya Rai has lost a sum of Rs.3 Crores with this movie. It was said that the craze for Aishwarya made the producers to offer Rs.4 Crore as remuneration. The producers initially paid a sum of Rs.1 Crore.
But later the producers never paid even a penny. Sanjay Gupta however said he has offered her a profit-sharing deal. But as the movie never lived up to the expectations the producers are not in a position to pay the remaining 3 Crores.
