Our readers are aware that Superstar Mahesh Babu's Brahmotsavam was delayed last month due to some issues between director and the actor. That derailed the movie plans and now it is getting tough for Summer release. However Mahesh Babu wants to wrap up the film by March at any cost and release it in April.
The reason for this hurry is his next project with AR Murugadoss. Mahesh wants to do a film with Murugadoss but it will be possible only if Brahmotsavam is complete in March. Murugadoss already had a committment in Bollywood towards the end of 2016. In case Brahmotsavam release is delayed, Murugadoss may skip Mahesh's film and proceed with his Bollywood movie.
Hence Mahesh is rushing the makers to finish Brahmotsavam as planned earlier. This is the reason why the movie which was planned as bilingual is dropped. The makers are now only shooting for the Telugu version and the film will be dubbed in to Tamil. Mahesh is likely to dub himself for the Tamil version.
As of now, Brahmotsavam is planned for April 29th release. Murugadoss film will have its formal launch for Ugadi and the regular shooting will immediately follow. Mahesh-Murugadoss project is being planned for 2016-year end release. However fans are worried if Mahesh is taking a risk and this hurry will diminish the films' quality.
