'Dilwale' is directed by Rohit Shetty and produced by Shah Rukh Khan's wife Gauri Khan under Red Chillies Entertainment banner and Director Rohit Shetty under Rohit Shetty productions. The movie brings Shah Rukh and Kajol together on screen after a span of five years.
Apart from the lead actors, the movie also has a stellar cast of actors like Kriti Sanon, Boman Irani, Vinod Khanna, Kabir Bedi, Varun Sharma, Chetna Pande, Johnny Lever, Sanjay Misra, Mukesh Tiwari and Pankaj Tripathi. Technical team includes Pritam Chakraborty for music and Dudley for cinematography.
Shah Rukh Khan has a good fan base in Tamil. His last release 'Happy New Year' did some good business in Tamil Nadu. The movie was dubbed and it made some profits to the distributors. Apart from that, his past movies like 'Ra One' and 'Chennai Express' were also profitable venture.
In order to maintain the momentum and capitalize the same success rate with 'Dilwale', Shah Rukh Khan has planned to release the movie in Tamil language too. The dubbing works are happening right now. The team is looking for a suitable distributor too.
