Powerstar Pawan Kalyan's Sardaar Gabbar Singh is one of the most hyped film of the year. The movie is being readied for Summer release and the expectations are just increasing with the release of the film teasers. On the other side, the business of the film is also open and never before heard/seen rates are being offered.
To be on the safe side, the makers are including a clause of 'no refunds' in the agreements with the distributors. The deals will be finalized only if they give in written that they would not ask for refunds even in case of loss. Those agreeing for that clause, will only have the movie rights. We all know that how Lingaa distributors came on roads demanding refund after the film flopped.
Some people are doubting if the makers are not sure about the movie result and so are putting up such clauses. But some others say the makers are just being cautious in business perspective. Sardaar Gabbar Singh is currently being canned in Pollachi. A song is being canned there on Pawan Kalyan and Kajal Aggarwal.
