Madhava's 'Irudhi Suttru' is fetching some good results right now. His movie 'Saala Khadoos' in Hindi and 'Irudhi Suttru' in Tamil has been declared as blockbuster. Rajkumar Hirani co-produced the movie in Hindi version. C.V.Kumar and YNOT Studios produced the movie in Tamil version.
Ritika Singh essayed role of a boxer and she got more praises and accolades for her performance. The movie recently got praises from Director Bala and Maniratnam. Maniratnam even asked Madhavan to focus more on Tamil cinema projects in future.
Recently DMK treasurer MK Stalin watched the movie and he appreciated Director Sudha as the movie is highly inspiring for youngsters. He also said these kind of movies should be crafted more in Kollywood.
In this case, Director Sudha who spoke to media said, "I am happy with the response I am getting for Irudhi Suttru. Everyone asks about a sequel. I have invested my time and health for this project. I can't spend more time for the sequel. I will work on the Telugu version right now."
