As we all know Nandamuri Balakrishna has chosen a Historical story for his 100th film. He is going to act as the king Gautamiputra Satakarni the satavahana ruler. Gautamiputra satakarni ruled the Deccan region during the first century A.D.
The star director krish is going to direct the film. The Heroine is yet to be finalized for the film.The film being a historical story, Balakrishna decided to know everything about the Satavahana Dynasty completely, the social ,political and cultural conditions prevailed during the Satavahana rule.
He bought several ancient historical books written by Historians such as Ptolemy and Megasthenes, who gave detail information about the Satavahana rulers and the dynasty. He is going in depth in to the subject in order to get good command over the story of the film.
