Telugu Film Industry and trade is shell shocked after two huge disasters in less than two months - Pawan Kalyan's Sardaar Gabbar Singh and Mahesh Babu's Brahmotsavam. The trade almost lost about 80 Crore on both these projects. Brahmotsavam is the second biggest failure in the entire South and Sardaar Gabbar Singh is the third biggest failures in South.
Only Rajinikanth's Lingaa is a bigger failure than these two films. Now the trade is eagerly and anxiously waiting for the release of Janatha Garage. Distributors who have bought Janatha Garage are having nightmares now. The movie has seen pre-release business of about 70 Crore but NTR's biggest hit so far, Nannaku Prematho only collected 50 Crore Share.
They confidently went about quoting big prices for the film due to NTR's form and Koratala Siva who delivered two blockbusters with Mirchi and Srimanthudu. Koratala's first film, Mirchi gave the biggest hit in Prabhas' career and with his second film - Srimanthudu, delivered a non-Baahubali industry hit to Mahesh Babu.
