Megastar Chiranjeevi is finally making a comeback from his exile with his Prestigious 150th film. The regular shooting of the film will begin from June first week and is planned for Sankranthi—2017 release. Pre-production works are happening at brisk pace and Ram Charan is personally supervising them.
There is an important comedian role in the film and the makers have approached Sunil for that. The actor was initially interested but later rejected that as it needs 40 days of bulk dates starting from June 5th. Sunil is currently busy with four films and three of them are in shoot and so can not afford bulk dates at this stage.
He reportedly conveyed it smoothly to Chiranjeevi. The makers have got Vennela Kishore in that role. Kathilantodu is the title in the rumour mills for the film which is the official remake of Tamil blockbuster, Kathi. Chiranjeevi trusted VV Vinayak even though he just registered a disaster with Akhil - The Power of Jua.
